By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Service Overview
UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides international shipping and export services for vehicles, parcels, and industrial equipment from the United Kingdom to various destinations across Africa. Services include but are not limited to collection, packaging, export documentation, and freight forwarding. - Customer Responsibilities
You (“the customer”) agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including full name, address, contact details, and destination.
- Ensure all items are lawfully owned, with supporting documents (logbook, invoice, ID, etc.).
- Comply with all customs regulations in the UK and destination country.
- Pay any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees required by the importing country.
- Submit payments in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Documentation
The customer is responsible for providing all required documents including, but not limited to:
- Original V5C/logbook (for vehicle exports)
- Copy of passport or company certificate
- Purchase invoice or bill of sale
- Export or customs declarations if applicable
- Missing or incorrect documents may result in delays or cancellation of service.
- Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or mobile platforms.
- Refunds will only be considered in line with our Refund Policy.
- Shipping & Transit Times
Estimated delivery times are based on carrier schedules and subject to change. - We are not liable for delays caused by port authorities, customs clearance, strikes, weather, or force majeure.
- Tracking is provided for most services upon request.
- Insurance & Liability
Basic liability cover is included unless otherwise stated.
Additional insurance is available on request.
UK 2 Africa Exports is not liable for:
- Damage caused by poor packaging not provided by us
- Items confiscated or delayed by customs
- Losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer
- Prohibited Items
The customer must not ship:
Hazardous materials (unless declared)
- Counterfeit goods
- Perishable items without prior notice
- Illegal substances or stolen property
- UK 2 Africa Exports reserves the right to inspect and refuse any shipment suspected to contain prohibited items.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before scheduled collection.
- Refunds are subject to a 10% admin fee if services have been partially rendered.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made after dispatch.
- Complaints & Disputes
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
We aim to resolve all disputes fairly within 14 business days.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts. - Contact
