At UK 2 Africa Exports, we strive to provide excellent service and clear communication at every stage of the shipping process. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

Service Cancellation (Before Collection):
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable admin fees.

Service Cancellation (After Collection but Before Shipping):
A partial refund may be granted after deducting logistics and handling costs already incurred.

Overpayment or Duplicate Payment:
Any verified overpayments or duplicate transactions will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.

Non-Delivery Due to Our Error:
If we fail to deliver due to our own operational error, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellation after goods have been shipped

Delays caused by customs, port congestion, strikes, or natural events (force majeure)

Incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the customer

Shipping of prohibited or undeclared items resulting in confiscation or penalties

Customer failure to respond to shipment or customs requirements

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at refunds@uk2africaexports.com with:

Full name and contact information

Booking or shipment reference number

Reason for the refund request

Any supporting documents (e.g., receipts, tracking info)

We aim to respond within 5 working days, and process approved refunds within 10 working days, depending on your payment method.

4. Admin Charges
A standard 10% administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount for cancellations made after booking confirmation but before collection.
